Custom Furniture Orders

As Klixarunphorol specializes in custom-made furniture, each piece is created specifically to your specifications and requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, standard return policies do not apply.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellation after design approval but before fabrication: Deposit may be retained to cover design work and materials ordered
• Cancellation after fabrication begins: Terms will be discussed based on project stage and costs incurred

Defects and Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect or quality issue with your custom furniture:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the issue
• We will inspect the item and determine appropriate resolution
• Options may include repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances
• Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse are not covered

Inspection Period

Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture carefully:

• Check for any visible defects or damage
• Verify dimensions and specifications match your order
• Test functionality if applicable
• Report any concerns immediately

Warranty

All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering:

• Structural defects for a period of 2 years from delivery date
• Workmanship issues related to joinery and assembly
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications made after delivery

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• If we are unable to fulfill your order as agreed
• For significant defects that cannot be repaired
• In cases where we determine a refund is appropriate

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 business days of approval.

Shipping and Handling

If a return is approved:

• We will arrange collection at our expense for defective items
• Items must be in original packaging when possible
• For cancellations, shipping costs may be deducted from refunds
